Announcement: Provider Changes

To our patients and supporters, 

We wanted to take the time to extend a note about changes happening at Integrative Health Matters. 

It is with sadness that we announce that Dr. Carmen Keith is stepping away from Integrative Health Matters. Dr. Keith has been a valuable medical provider during her time at Integrative Health Matters and we wish her the very best on her next endeavor. 

However, we are extremely excited to welcome back Dr. Kevin May as our new medical director. Many of you know him already; he is a board-certified, internal medicine physician and functional medicine practitioner. Over the last 1.5 years, Dr. May has been serving in a practitioner and administrative role to open the new Veteran’s Affairs Clinic in Tyler. He is excited to come back to Integrative Health Matters and fully focus on functional/integrative medicine and his patients. Visits may be scheduled with Dr. May starting June 23, 2022. 

At IHM, our priority will always be quality care and we are committed to providing continuity of care throughout this transition. If you wish to continue to seek care at IHM, there is nothing you need to do. If you wish to seek care elsewhere, you can have your records transferred to another provider of your choosing by calling 903-595-8077. Otherwise, all your medical records will remain at Integrative Health Matters.
