Her journey to IHM

After returning to her hometown of Tyler, Lauren worked in marketing for an educational publisher for 5 years before joining Integrative Health Matters as Business Manager.

As a professional with a young family, Lauren admits that balancing life, staying active, and eating healthy does not always come easy. Lauren believes in the value of integrative and functional medicine and is grateful to join the IHM team.

Community engagement
